Absolutely love getting my facial threading done by Mayuri, especially my brows - she always gets the brow shape I like. I've been going here for about a year after not liking the previous place I used to get it done, and now I don't go anywhere else for facial threading unless The Empire is too busy and i need it done urgent.

She changed my eyebrows shape.My eyebrows are not equal (ones thin and ones thick) and she cut me in SEVERAL places. Never in my many years of threading my eyebrows have I ever been cut. Appalling. Unfortunately couldn’t give them 0 stars.

If you want the best eyelash extensions in Perth, Mayuri would be the best. There is no one better than her for the eyelash extensions. She is so so so sweet. Highly recommend the Empire beauty bar, carousel for the eyelash extensions and other services.

My first time with Mayuri was great! When I went back the next time, there was another person who were rude and did a harsh job with threading. Not only it was painful, she also picked on my skin and kept going with it. When I reached home I realised I was hurt and had blood spots. Such a disappointing experience!

Fantastic walk in service, quick, convenient and an amazing job that lasts. Had immaculate threading and henna done. Hardly felt the threading as it was so quick. My henna brows lasted longer than an expensive salon I usually go to in Albany. Comfortable chairs and nice to take time out from all the shopping.

What an amazing experience, benefit eyebrow bar was closed thought I’d try it out with a friend. Oh boy I’ll never go back to benefit. It was so cheap but the absolutely standard and quality of the threading meant everything. 100% would recommend to anyone. I’d trust the store with my eyebrows anyday!!

I'm a return customer and had my eyebrows threading and henna done by Mayuri. Excellent and friendly service, also accepts walk-ins no appointment required. She's very quick and adjusted the shape to my request and did them fantastically (straight brows) . Would highly recommend her and will be coming back ☺️

Had my brows done for the first time by a sweet lady name Mayuri today. I was so anxious because i’ve never had henna done on my brows before, but Mayuri reassured me that i’ll love it and trust her with the process so I did. Throughout the process i was comfortable, she was really kind and lovely it did not feel uncomfortable at all. My brows turned out GREAT and i Love them!! Service was spot on, totally will come back again!

I did my lashes yesterday and they looked good after they were done. But it’s only been 24 hours and half of them have already fallen off! The lady did warn me that the extensions on my weak/small lashes might fall off quickly ( I agree that my inner corner lashes were small/weak) but surprisingly majority of the outer corner ones have also fallen off. This is such a rip off and I’m disappointed and it looks like I have to get it done again from elsewhere. Definitely not going back. I don’t think the lady had proper training either. Can’t even begin to explain the frustration. 💯 not recommended for extensions.Reply to the owner:Firstly, this is not what the lady told me after I put up the review. She was forcing me to remove the review. I have proof.This is such a wrong this to say, no matter what the reason is. She told me to give my lashes some rest before getting them done again. At no point did she tell me not to do it. Also, how do you explain lashes falling out of my long outer corner lashes? You need to understand that for extensions to fallout more than 50% within a day could only mean bad service. Honestly, I have no intentions to harm the business but it appears like a huge scam. Also, I have met people with shorter lashes getting extensions. I did it last time with a trainee and it lasted longer. My lashes were short even then. I think you guys need to take more responsibility and stop scamming people. Thanks.

Absolutely the best!! The owner there is such a professional. Had eyebrow threading henna and lash lift and tint. Wow is all I can say. She is 10/10 knows her stuff. I am a very anxious person she calmed me down every step of the way.

The lady that did my eyebrows and eyelashes was really nice, however, i am very disappointed with how the lashes turned out as there are some gaps left in between my lashes. The whole process only took 35 mins which didn’t really sit right with me and most of the lashes aren’t on correctly. I wont ever be coming back here as it is a massive scam by money wise and was overall very unprofessional. i do not recommended at ALL!

Mayuri was amazing! I went to see her for the first time to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted and she ended up offering me a super good deal to get my brows laminated as well. She did such a fantastic job that I had to come back to see her again. I got a hybrid set of lashes, super comfortable experience and the outcome looks amazing. Definitely come visit this place for a super comforting, affordable and stunning experience.

Maiyuri is absolutely amazing with her profession , I’m a person who normally freak out when I do my threading due to my pain but she assure me don’t worry , I will do it quickly without you feeling much pain . Please do not go here for eyelash extensions. No lash isolation, the lashes are just stuck wherever they can fit with zero care. They tape your eyes so that they’re still slightly open and all the glue gets in. They take 30-40 mins max for every set, so they clearly don’t isolate the lashes. The lashes fall off within days. They don’t do what you asked for and they are severally overpriced. Please please if you are considering going here for lashes , please DONT!!!

This place is terrible! and the staff are incredibly rude! The lady with the blonde highlights to her hair never fails to look irritated or annoyed by your patronage to the business. Also there are some serious hygiene issues here staff do not follow industry protocols when doing lash extensions or eyebrow treatments for clients. Save your time and money and go somewhere where they actually value their customers!
